Thanksgiving!!

For Thanksgiving we went down to Texas to see my mom and Granny. We had a great time. The weather was beautiful and we got to see a few sights. Hope you enjoy the pictures from our trip!! I also have Halloween pictures but I have misplaced the disk so when i find it I will post them.

We went over and visited Michael and Lindsy a few weeks back and gave the girls a bath together. So here are some pictures of Baylie and Brooke. While in the bathtub Brooke poured water over her head as always and we got to enjoy the singing of the ABC's by Baylie. They had a great time and they were so cute!!

Brooke's hair is finally starting to fit in pony tails. To our surprise she sits very still and allows me to put them in and usually leaves them alone. The only time she likes to take them out is when we are in the car going some where. The pony tails are very small but they are there and we think she is so cute. Plus she has not been called a boy since. Any way hope you enjoy!!!

Daddy's Girl

Brooke has been spending a lot of time with her daddy since I have went back to school so she is starting to become a daddy's girl. Here you can see that she wants to go farming with him. She gets her water jug, puts on her gloves and stands by the door. It is soo cute!!! She also had his shoes on but the pictures came out to dark. Also sorry it has been so long since I posted I have been busy with school hope to be better about it.

Little Fish!!

Sorry so long since the last post I thought that I would have more time in the summer to keep up on this but it did not seem like it. We have had a great summer!! Brian has been awful busy with harvest and putting up hay and Brooke and I have been enjoying the sun and working in the garden and yard. I have loved being home with her and not having to worry about homework and college. This summer Brooke enjoyed swimming and did lots of it!!! We even signed up for swimming lessons in Wheatland and she really enjoyed it, although she did not like floating on her back so we have been working on that. Brooke is changing so fast and continues to make us smile and laugh every day. I hope to figure out how to post a video so that you can see her in action.

1st BIRTHDAY!!!!

Well it has been a year since Brooke was born and it has flown by and we can not even believe it. We celebrated Brooke's Birthday twice. On the evening of May 24th we celebrated with my mom (Tammy), her boyfriend Richard, Granny, and Jeff because my mom flew out the next day. Then on May 25th we had another one for the reset of the family so Brooke was happy to get to eat cake and ice cream twice. On the 25th she shared a birthday with Grandpa Don who turned 50. We had lots of fun and enjoyed B-B-Q and played games. Brooke got wonderful gifts and is still enjoying them. Hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Visiting Rusty

Well on May 19 Rusty wrecked his motorcycle. That night he was taken to Denver via helicopter and they found that he broke his nose, two ribs, and broke his pelvis, two days later he underwent major surgery that lasted over 4 ½ hours. The surgery turned out great and the doctor thought he would heal fairly fast and good. He is in a wheel chair for at least 3 ½ MORE weeks and then he can start using the walker. He is doing well but is anxious to get around and walk. We went to Denver many days and visited him and here are some pictures. My mom even made it up to see him and celebrate Brooke’s 1st birthday (pictures coming soon).

Saying Goodbye

We spent Sunday with Jose, Becky, and the boys before they go back to Georgia. We are sad to see them go but we are glad that Jose is back home safe and gets to enjoy his family. The boys are about 9 months and are getting so big. The boys and Brooke get along pretty good and play well together. Here are some of our pictures from Sunday.

This and That

We catch Brooke doing so many things that make us laugh. She is getting so big and is just about walking. She walks between the furniture and would love to just take off. It is starting to get warmer and she loves to play outside and go for walks. We are starting to prepare for her 1st birthday which is May25th and her Grandpa Don will turn 50 on the same day. As for Brian and I, Brian is busy farming and I just finished up the semester and am starting to work in the yard. Hope you enjoy the pictures!!
